The Guelph Police Service is looking for a man who robbed a gas station in Guelph. Police said a man carrying a kitchen-style knife walked into the business near Willow Road and Silvercreek Parkway North around 3:50 a.m. on Monday. He approached the counter and demanded cash. The man was given a small amount of money and then left the store, running east across Silvercreek Parkway. The employee who was working was not hurt and there were no customers at the gas station during the robbery. The suspect was described as a tall man with a heavier build. He wore a black-hooded sweatshirt, face covering and may have been wearing a red hat.
