A Guelph man faces multiple charges after police responded to a neighbourhood dispute involving allegations of harassment and an indecent act. Guelph police say they received reports that a man was shouting insults at his neighbours and committing an indecent act from his residence. The man was arrested and is being charged with failing to comply with a release order, criminal harassment, committing an indecent act and mischief.
