A 14-year-old boy has been arrested for a commercial break-and-enter in Cambridge on Sunday. Waterloo Regional Police were called to a fenced-off hydro lot on Franklin Boulevard around 12:30 a.m. for a reported break-in. There, officers located and arrested three youths and charged the 14-year-old involved. He was charged with break-and-enter, possession of break-and-enter tools and disguise with intent.
