A pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries after she was struck by a vehicle in Wallenstein. The collision happened around 6:45 p.m. Thursday at Hergott Road and Line 86. Waterloo Regional Police said the 48-year-old woman was taken to a hospital outside the region for further medical treatment. The 17-year-old driver was not hurt. Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the crash or dash cam video.
