A woman has been charged in connection to a crash that killed a motorcyclist in August. On Aug. 12, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said a man’s bike collided with another vehicle on Perth Line 88 at Perth Road 140, just east of Listowel. The 36-year-old from Drayton was taken to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, where he was later pronounced dead. The people in the other vehicle were not seriously hurt. On Wednesday, Perth County OPP charged a 23-year-old woman from Gowanstown with careless driving causing death. An upcoming court date has been scheduled for a later date.
