Waterloo Regional Police have ended their search for an 84-year-old man who was reported missing on Friday. He had last been seen in the Chesapeake Drive area of Waterloo. Messages were sent out to the community around 1 p.m. Saturday through the ALERT Waterloo Region Emergency Notification service. Two hours later, in a social media post, Waterloo Regional Police said he had been located. No further details were shared.
