A motorcyclist was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition on Wednesday evening after a crash in northeast Calgary. Calgary police say the crash happened just before 8 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of McKnight Boulevard. One person was taken to Foothills Hospital with life-threatening injuries. It’s not clear if there were any other injuries or vehicles involved in the crash. The Calgary Police Traffic Unit is on scene. The eastbound lanes of McKnight Boulevard are closed from Barlow Trail to 47 Street N.E. as the investigation continues.
