Hanover Police say they have seized $11,000 worth of methamphetamine during an arrest. Officers were called to a motel when an unwanted person who had previously been trespassed from the property showed up. Investigators said the woman had driven to the motel in a pickup truck, directly violating a release order forbidding her from being in the driver’s seat of any vehicle. The woman was arrested and officers seized 110 grams of methamphetamine, stolen driver’s licences and an Ontario Health Card that belongs to someone else. The 39-year-old woman of no fixed address was charged with failing to comply with a release order, driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of identity documents.
