A Kitchener man is accused of exposing himself in Waterloo. Waterloo Regional Police said the incident happened Monday, around 2 p.m., in a public park near Marshall Street and Lincoln Road. Officers located the 33-year-old in the area and took him into custody. He’s charged with performing an indecent act in a public place and possession of methamphetamine.
