Three people are facing charges after Brantford Police Service officers broke up a fight in a parking garage on Icomm Drive. The officers noticed the trio while they were on foot patrol in the downtown area on Thursday around 8 p.m. Two men and a woman were arrested and 31.8 grams of cocaine, 1.7 grams of fentanyl, cash and a large quantity of gift cards were seized. A 41-year-old Brantford man was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking. A 31-year-old woman from Brantford was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and assault. Another 41-year-old man was charged with assault and causing a disturbance. Investigators believe they knew each other.
