Drugs, bear spray and ballistic dart launcher seized from Kitchener hotels

Waterloo Regional Police say a drug investigation has resulted in three arrests.

On Friday, officers with the WRPS Drugs and Firearms Unit and WRPS Emergency Response Team carried out search warrants at two Kitchener hotels.

Inside they found suspected fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, hydromorphone and methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).

Officers also seized bear spray, a ballistic dart launcher and cash.

Two women, one 33-years-old and the other 35-years-old, and a 44-year-old man were charged with numerous drug and weapon offences.
