A 72-year-old woman was left with serious injuries after a crash on Blair Road in Cambridge. Waterloo Regional Police said a grey Honda CR-V and grey GMC Acadia hit head-on around 6:40 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Honda was taken to a hospital outside Waterloo Region. The 72-year-old woman’s injuries were only described as serious. Police said the people in the GMC also had minor injuries. Blair Road was shut down for several hours while investigators tried to determine what happened. They did not say if any charges have been laid.
