Woman killed in crash with grain truck in Lacombe County

A woman is dead after a crash between her vehicle and a grain truck.

RCMP said the crash was reported at 9:40 a.m. on Highway 20 at Township Road 412 in Lacombe County.

The 21-year-old driver of the passenger vehicle, a woman from Rimbey, was killed. RCMP said the driver of the grain truck was not injured.

Mounties were on scene for several hours investigating the crash. Traffic had resumed by 2:52 p.m.

No other details on the crash have been released.
