Oilers announce themes of 2025-26 home games

Themed nights are again returning to the Edmonton Oilers’ game schedule.

The team announced the schedule ahead of single-game tickets going on sale on Thursday.

It consists mainly of repeats that have become a tradition, like the Indigenous and South Asian celebrations, as well as Pride and fan appreciation nights.

But new to the schedule is a send-off to the players that will represent their countries in the 2026 Winter Olympics – the first time in 12 years the NHL has agreed to send players.

Previous themes like Black Excellence, Lunar New Year and Ukrainian Heritage will return next season, OEG Sports and Entertainment said.
