A 23-year-old motorcyclist was sent to hospital with serious injuries last Friday evening after what police say was a hit-and-run on Anthony Henday Drive. The rider was on the Baseline Road off-ramp in Strathcona County around 6:28 p.m. when a vehicle travelling northbound on the ring road hit the motorcycle and failed to remain on scene, Mounties say. Strathcona County RCMP believe the vehicle was a 2008-2011 white Genesis coupe. Drivers in the area at the time of the crash are asked to check dash cam footage.
