Edmonton man wanted on Canada-wide warrant for Toronto murder

A 19-year-old man from Edmonton is wanted in connection with two deadly shootings in the Toronto area.

An Edmonton man is wanted for murder in Toronto.

The Toronto Police Service said in a media release on Tuesday morning that they have issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of Isaiah Thomas Badger.

The 19-year-old is wanted for the first-degree murder of Chandan Kumar Raja Nandakumar, 37, who was shot and killed on Feb. 7 in the parking lot of the Woodbine Shopping Centre.

Nandakumar’s death is Toronto’s third homicide of 2026.
