The woman wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection to a homicide in Alberta has been arrested. Victoria Sheila Elizabeth Hillard, 29, is facing a second-degree murder charge in the homicide of 42-year-old Mark O’Keefe in Fort McMurray. Mounties responded to a call of a suspicious death on Dec. 12, 2023. The death was believed to be connected to a vehicle found on fire the same day.
