98 Degrees is coming back ‘Full Circle’ to Canadian fans at KDays

Vocal group 98 Degrees is bringing their new album (Full Circle) and nostalgia to Edmonton this summer. They will hit the stage at KDays July 27.

Nineties heart-throbs 98 Degrees are set to take the stage at Edmonton’s KDays Music Fest and they’re promising both their new album and the hits that took them to stardom.

The American band began in the mid-nineties and is made up of brothers Drew and Nick Lachey, Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre. Their concert is scheduled for July 27 at the Edmonton Expo Centre to close out the final day of the festival.

KDays, formerly known as Klondike Days, is an over 130-year-old festival that spans 10 days from July 18 to 27. It’s an all-out celebration with music, rides, treats and games.

“It’s a party, man … It’s a celebration of the past 30 years of our career, and we can’t wait to be back with our fans there in Edmonton,” said Nick Lachey.

The band attributes much of their early success to Canadian and Filipino fans.

“We kind of just went to every concert we could and Canada just started embracing us,” Drew Lachey told CTV Edmonton Morning Live’s Kimberly Wynn.

The new album, titled “Full Circle,” was released in May 2025. It features both new songs and re-records of fan favourites. Nick Lachey said that that was a conscious choice to take ownership of their music.

“It felt like these are songs that mean so much to us and our fans, and we should have the ability and the power to do what we want with them,” he said.

Timmons said the group is “thrilled” to have the opportunity to still be making music in 2025.

“The title [of the album] sort of embodies where we’ve been with the old music and where we’re going, which is kind of full circle, back to the ballads and the love songs and the great lyrics,” he said.
