Suspect sought after armed robbery at Airdrie 7-11

Airdrie RCMP have released photos of a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery.

The robbery happened at the 7-11 on Yankee Valley Boulevard just before 2 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025.

Police say a man armed with a knife demanded money from the till, running westbound when he left.

No injuries were reported.

RCMP describe the suspect as a younger, lean male, just under 6’ tall (183 cm).

He was wearing a black and white mask with an animal design on it, a light grey hoodie with a black vest over it, black jeans and runners (possibly dark grey with white stipe and white sole).

RCMP believe a vehicle was involved with the robbery, despite the suspect taking off on foot.

It is described as red; possibly a Mitsubishi Mirage or Hyundai Elantra GT.
