Shots fired at Airdrie house; RCMP seek video footage

Airdrie RCMP were called to the Canoe Street area on Sunday, May 24, 2026 for reports that a firearm was discharged at a residence.

Airdrie RCMP are looking for CCTV or dash-cam footage as they investigate after shots were fired at a home on Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the Canoe Square area at 2 a.m.

RCMP say the residence was unoccupied and no injuries have been reported.

Investigators believe the incident was targeted.

Anyone with information or video footage of the area between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. is asked to call RCMP at 403-945-7200.
