A senior whose vehicle was involved in a collision with a Calgary Transit bus last week has died. The crash happened around 9:15 a.m. on Friday in the 7200 block of Bowness Road N.W. Police believe the 79-year-old man crossed the centre line and that his vehicle and the bus collided head-on. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and died Tuesday, according to police. No one aboard the bus was hurt. Police don’t believe speed or alcohol were factors in the incident.
