Brooks RCMP are seeking public assistance to help them identify a suspect in a involved in a suspicious incident involving incendiary devices. Police say that at 1:34 a.m. Sunday morning, they responded to a report of an unknown person throwing two incendiary devices towards the backyard of a home on South Shore Drive in Brooks, starting a small contained fire on the deck. After throwing the devices, the suspect fled the area. Brooks RCMP and the fire service who extinguished the fire attended the scene. Officers say there were also a few broken windows on a truck parked at the residence. A window to the basement was also damaged. Police say no one was physically injured during the incident.
