A fire ban has once again been issued for Lethbridge’s River Valley. The fire department says the warmer temperatures and low humidity have created a high-risk for fast moving and uncontrolled fires. Residents and visitors are being asked to use extra caution. Officials say do not light any open fires and ensure smoking materials are fully extinguished and disposed of safely.
