So long, Saddledome. Starting Monday, Calgary Flames fans will be able to purchase single-game tickets to the 2026-27 season, the final opportunity for fans to see the team play in the iconic arena. “This is an incredibly meaningful season for our organization, our fans and our city. For generations of Calgarians, the Scotiabank Saddledome has been more than a place to watch hockey, it has been where memories have been made and shared,” said Robert Hayes, Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation President and CEO in a news release. “This season is our opportunity to say thank you and celebrate everything the ’Dome has meant to Calgary, while creating one more season of unforgettable moments together.” The Saddledome opened in 1983, and will host 44 games during the 2026-27 season. In addition to the gameplay, fans will also be able to experience theme nights, special celebrations and other events. It all begins with a Next Gen showcase against the Edmonton Oilers on Sept. 14, then a pre-season games against the Seattle Kraken on Sept. 20. The Flames have their home opener against the Kraken on Oct. 1. Some of the other notable home games include the Battle of Alberta on March 3 and 23, 2027 while the defending Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes will play against the Flames on Oct. 18. Single-game tickets go on sale on Ticketmaster at 10 a.m.
