Eight Alberta restaurants have made a new list of the best hotel eateries across Canada – including four in Banff and three in Lake Louise. The list from online restaurant reservation site OpenTable, released on Wednesday, draws upon data from more than one million reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners across Canada from May 31, 2025, to April 30.
