Early morning fire shuts down Tim Hortons location in southeast Calgary

A Tim Hortons caught fire early Wednesday morning and will be shut down for several days.

A Tim Hortons in southeast Calgary will be shut down for several days after an early morning fire.

It started around 3 a.m. at the Tim’s on 58 Avenue S.E. Crews got there quickly and put out the flames before they got out of control.

While the fire was small, the smoke damage is extensive and will require several days of work to clean up.

Nobody was hurt. Insurance experts are assessing the situation.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
