After a few days of sunshine and temperatures in the mid-teens, things are expected to cool down in Calgary over the weekend. An atmospheric river over the Rocky Mountains is expected to push moisture east on Saturday. Calgarians can expect to see trace to two centimetres of precipitation on Saturday, with rain expected before plunging temperatures bring possible flurries. Calgary will see a high of 3 C Saturday, with a low of -5 C expected. On Sunday that precipitation will clear out and the sun will re-emerge. That sunshine will warm things up to about 7 C as a high, with temperatures dropping below the freezing point again to -4.
