ALERT teams seize drugs & cash from Medicine Hat home

Police seized nearly $35,000 in drugs and cash after a Medicine Hat home was searched.

Three people are facing charges after a search warrant was issued on a home in Medicine Hat in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.

ALERT and police executed a warrant on a home in the 700 block of 12 Street NW on Wednesday and seized almost $35,000 in drugs and cash.

Police confiscated the following items:

Donald Perini, 40, of Medicine Hat is charged with:

Olivia Marshall, 25, of Medicine Hat is charged with:

Graham Groeneveld, 57, of Lethbridge is charged with:

Perini was previously arrested by ALERT MHPS for similar offences in May 2015 and was  remanded in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 7.

Groeneveld is scheduled to appear in court on April 28 and Marshall has a court date set for April 29.
