Five-vehicle crash shuts down county road in Tiny Township

County Road 6 North was closed for much of Tuesday between Concession 12 and Concession 13 in Tiny Township due to a multi-vehicle collision.

Ontario Provincial Police arrived on the scene to find five vehicles involved in the midday crash. Motorists were being asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes while emergency crews responded to the situation.

Officers say road conditions and visibility were very poor, which contributed to the decision to close the roadway.

Minor injuries were reported by police.

County Road 6 North remained closed for a portion of the evening due to poor visibility and deteriorating conditions.
