A man from Lindsay is facing charges in connection with an indecent act investigation by Northumberland OPP. Police received a report on August 27 that an individual had exposed themselves while at 1st Line Road in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand. According to police, the individual had left the area prior to police arrival, however was found a day later and charged. The man faces charges of indecent act - public place and fail to comply with probation order and was held for a bail hearing in court.
