Man accused of committing indecent act at Blue Mountain Resort parking lot

A 28-year-old Ingersoll man is accused of committing an indecent act at the popular Blue Mountain Resort parking lot late last week.

On Friday, around 1 p.m., officers with the Collingwood and Blue Mountains OPP responded to a report of an ‘indecent act’ near Gord Canning Drive.

When officer arrived, they tracked down the vehicle and driver in question which led them to an impaired driving investigation.

As a result, a man has been charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired with alcohol and drugs, committing an indecent act in a public place, indecent exhibition, possession of a Schedule III substance, and having care or control of a vehicle with cannabis readily available.

He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Police say his driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven.
