City to host gold medal hockey game watch party

The City of Barrie invites the public to wear their red and white and cheer on Canada at the watch party in the rotunda Thursday.

Get decked out in your red and white and come together to cheer on Canada with your friends and neighbours.

Thursday will be a big day for the nation as our Canadian women’s hockey team takes on the United States in the fight for gold.

The City of Barrie will be hosting a watch party from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the rotunda at City Hall for the Canada versus U.S. gold medal game.

The puck drops at 1:10 p.m.
