All southbound lanes of Highway 400 are closed near Cookstown

A jackknifed tractor trailer has closed all southbound lanes of Highway 400 near Cookstown.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says a heavy-tow truck is on scene and there are no injuries.
