Two men facing numerous outstanding charges were located and arrested by Cape Breton Regional Police Tuesday evening. Police say the Community Safety Enforcement Unit was on patrol looking to arrest a person on a warrant for failing to attend court. Officers located the man at a residence in Scotchtown and arrested him. “While there, officers also located a second person who they were able to identify as being a suspect in other incidents, including a reported theft from Sobeys earlier that day, and also placed him under arrest,” a release from Cape Breton police reads.
