A second person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Dartmouth, N.S., last week. Halifax Regional Police responded to the reported crash on School Street around 11:20 p.m. on Sept. 25. They learned a car carrying three people struck a tree, according to a news release. “A 19-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced deceased on scene by Emergency Health Services,” the release reads. “The driver and passenger, both 19-year-old men, were transported to hospital with serious injuries.” Police say the male passenger has succumbed to his injuries. The investigation is ongoing, but no charges have been laid and no tickets have been issued at this time. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
