Dartmouth residents give their input on future of local park

Halifax Regional Municipality says Roleika Drive Park in Dartmouth, N.S., is nearing the end of its usable lifespan.

People living in HRM are being given the opportunity to decide what happens to a local park.

Halifax Regional Municipality says Roleika Drive Park, located near Caledonia Road and Roleika Drive in Dartmouth, is nearing the end of its usable lifespan.

The small park has been flagged by Parks & Recreation for future refurbishment.

The municipality is asking residents for feedback to help inform future park investments and planning.

Residents have until Friday, Oct. 17., to complete a community engagement survey with their feedback.
