Cape Breton police investigating possible human remains

An investigation is continuing after possible human remains were found in Cape Breton on Monday.

The Cape Breton Regional Police is investigating the possible discovery of possible human remains in Sydney, N.S., on Monday.

Police were called to a spot near Morley Road around 5 p.m., according to a news release. A person found what is believed to be human remains in the area.

The public is asked to avoid Morley Road as the forensic identification unit processes the scene.
