Police in Cape Breton say a body found in the woods is that of a 47-year-old man reported missing about a month ago. Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a wooded area near Exit 6A off Highway 125 after members of Cape Breton Search and Rescue discovered the body on Sunday. Police have identified the man as Andrew MacDonald, who was reported missing from the Coxheath, N.S., area on Oct. 6. “Autopsy results have confirmed foul play was not a factor in this death,” said police Tuesday afternoon. “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the deceased.” No other details have been released.
