Two children were taken to hospital after being struck by a driver in North York Thursday afternoon. It happened shortly after 4 p.m. in the area of Jane Street and Driftwood Avenue. Paramedics said they transported the two victims to hospital, one with non-life-threatening injuries and the other with minor injuries. Police said the driver remained at the scene. Jane Street was previously closed between Shoreham Drive and Driftwood Avenue due to police investigate, roads have since re-opened.
