The Saint John Police Force is looking for a 29-year-old man who is serving a four-year sentence on theft and firearms charges. Police say a warrant was issued for Kody Hiltz on Tuesday for violating the conditions of his statutory release. “There is information that he may frequent the Saint John, Blacks Harbour, and St. George areas,” a news release from police reads. Hiltz is described as standing six-foot-two and weighing 176 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. On Monday he was seen wearing a black hoodie and grey sweatpants. He was carrying a red Budweiser cooler or bag. Hiltz is serving a four-year, six-month federal sentence for: Police are warning the public not to approach Hiltz if they see him.
