Quebec man dead following motorcycle crash in Moncton

A 20-year-old man has died following a motorcycle collision in Moncton, N.B.

Codiac Regional RCMP responded to the single vehicle crash on Saturday just after 12 a.m. It happened on Highway 15.

Police said it is believed the driver of the motorcycle lost control and hit the guard rail.

The driver, a 20-year-old man from Blainville, Que., died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

Police said member of the Moncton Fire Department, Ambulance New Brunswick, and an RCMP collision reconstructionist also attended the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
