The candidates for leader of the New Brunswick Progressive Conservative party met for a second debate in Saint John on Thursday. The candidates are Daniel Allain and Don Monahan. The debate was held at the Delta New Brunswick and began at 7 p.m. Monahan and Allain met to debate for the first time on Tuesday night in Saint-Quentin. There are no other debates scheduled or planned in the leadership race after Thursday. Progressive Conservatives will vote for a new leader at a convention in Fredericton on Oct. 17.
