There was a heavy police presence in a Saint John, N.B., neighbourhood Thursday evening. At least seven police cruisers were on scene at Taylor Avenue with multiple officers, with some seen carrying heavy firearms. Saint John Police Force said they where responding to a report of a person armed with a weapon.
