Free parking will be available in a designated entertainment district of Saint John, N.B, until this fall. The parking will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. within the district until Oct. 31. The area is bounded by Water Street and Charlotte Street, from King Street to Duke Street. The city has provided an online map for reference. On‑street parking in the entertainment district continues to free every day from 6 p.m. to midnight. Regular daytime parking rules still apply from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. City‑managed parking lots, excluding the Market Square and Peel Plaza parking garages, also offer free overnight parking from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. For more New Brunswick news, visit our dedicated provincial page.
