The Nova Scotia RCMP is searching for a man who is wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant. Justin “Jay” Jurrell Gray, 32, of Halifax Regional Municipality, is facing charges of: Police describe Gray as six-foot-one, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. “Police have made several attempts to locate Gray and are requesting assistance from the public,” reads a news release from the Nova Scotia RCMP.
