A number of teams were held scoreless Thursday as week four action of the Winnipeg High School Football League resumed. There were six games on the docket and in four of those games a team was held off the scoreboard. Kenora beat Dryden 12-0, West Kildonan blanked Maples 33-0, Kelvin grabbed the 25-0 win over Tec Voc and Springfield won 30-0 over Garden City. The other two contests saw St. Norbert beat John Taylor 28-7, while Churchill secured the 34-6 win over St. Johns. It’s a busy Friday to wrap up the fourth week of the season with 10 games on the schedule, which includes a triple header at Fort Garry Lions Football Club starting at 3 p.m. and the last game going at 7:30 p.m.
