The Downtown Mission to hold community holiday meal

A community holiday meal will be held on Wednesday at the Downtown Mission of Windsor, serving all that want to come to its downtown location.

It will take place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., open to anyone in need of a warm meal and some holiday spirit.

“The holidays can be an especially challenging time for many in our community,” said Rukshini Ponniah-Goulin, executive director of The Downtown Mission of Windsor.

“Our community holiday meal is about more than food – it’s about dignity, connection, and reminding people that they’re not alone.”
