Windsor police officers are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman after a series of retail thefts at three different locations in the city. Between Aug. 17 and Aug. 29, police say the female suspect entered several stores across the city and took merchandise without attempting to pay. The incidents occurred at businesses in the following areas: The suspect is described as a black female, with a heavy build, approximately 5′6” to 5′8” tall, and short brown curly hair.
