Halifax police are investigating reports of gunfire in the city’s north end Monday afternoon. The Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of gunfire on Duffus Street, between Lunch Street and Jarvis Lane, around 3:45 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, police say they found evidence that shots were fired. “At approximately 4:45 p.m., police located a vehicle that appeared to have been shot at a residence on Barrington Street, between Richmond Street and Duffus Street. The two incidents are believed to be related,” reads a news release from Halifax Regional Police. No injuries have been reported.
