More than $440,000 in drugs and money has been seized by police and two suspects are still at large in an ongoing investigation. Police said three people have already been arrested. On Thursday, the Windsor Police Service arrested a 42-year-old man in the 2500 Ouellette Avenue as the result of a drug trafficking investigation. Following the arrest, a cellphone, $4,360 in Canadian cash, and $60 in American cash was seized. A search warrant was then executed at a home in the 1800 block of Factoria Road. Officers said that search yielded: Another search of the suspect’s vehicle yielded: The total value of the drugs seized was around $131,227. A 42-year-old man is facing various drug trafficking and weapons related charges. Around 2:30 a.m. Friday, the WPS received a report of gunshots and an attempted break in at the home on Factoria Road. When officers arrived on scene, several suspects were seen running from the area. When police pursued, more gunshots were reportedly heard. A 23-year-old man is facing several gun and break-in related charges, and a 31-year-old person is charged with attempted break-and-enter.
